Well we all know that 'knowledge is power' and I look at the 'haters' like a big child who does not have the information or knowledge, so they make the decision NO because they are scared. Bit like a dog that bites because it's scared. So, pat a 'hater' on the head and walk on by. :-) coz WE know WE have a better way. (Where did I hear that?)

Last year I wanted to attend the Go Pro Recruiting Mastery Program but couldn't due to a scheduling conflict. In lieu, I purchased the program on DVD and MP3. This was one of the best decisions I ever made in my network marketing career. The program is intensive, thorough, well presented and chock full of excellent advice, not just on recruiting but on many other important aspects of personal development required to truly escalate your NM skillset to the level of Network Marketing Professional.

If you are fortunate enough to be able to attend in person go for it. If you can't, buy the DVD/MP3 program. I've listened to the program 100+ hours on my MP3 and in my car, and its made a huge difference for me; not just in how I recruit, but also now I conduct myself in the process. I now share these skills with the leaders my team using Point, Guide, Direct and Plan/Do/Review.

Don't know what that means? Take the course! That info alone will impact how you lead and the results you will personally achieve.

What a great piece of advice. This can be applied to anything we are doing in life, if we don't understand it then go and comment on it we might sound pretty stupid. I have learned that so many times, now I focus on completely the entire thought before I open my mouth.

Sounds like a great event and recruiting is so important for this business. I found if I improved my communications skills, recruiting became much easier.
